Hey when's Bloomberg jumping in to steal Republican votes? There are quite a few crackpots out there that will support Nader. Hillary should look out...

I'm glad Nader's back. And when you look at the states where he got most of his votes you realize he really didn't effect the election - the SCOTUS did. I'm in Florida now, so I'll think twice before voting for Nader (for the sake of disclosure, I did some work for Nader). To blame Nader for anything is misplaced though.

Yeh but Nader sure did kill the single silliest-looking car ever, seen at any speed or from either direction of travel back in the '60s. This country owes him, I tell ya! ;-)

Age is a viable consideration for wanting the job of leader of the free world, Craig. It shouldn't be the only consideration, but it is one of many things to look at.

To say that Dems were outraged that 10% of the votes Nader pulled in 2009 cost Gore the win would be a massive understatement. They are not going to forget that, and I would be extremely surprised if Nader pulled any real numbers at all. Besides, as a self styled consmer advocate, he's done bupkas for the past 7 years. He's toast. This run is an attempt to recreate 2000, but the Dems won't be playing.

I don't see that Nader would siphon off McCain votes, but I don't think his presence will help McCain either, for the reason stated above.
